Abstract :
This paper analyzes the inter-related parameters of transverse magnetic(TM)modes in microwave cylindrical coaxial cavity theoretically. With the 3D high frequency electromagnetic field simulation software CST-MWS, the reentrant and non-reentrant S-band TM010 mode coaxial cavity are studied. The simulated results which are mode charts and the relation between characteristic impedance and structure parameters are presented, respectively.
