Abstract
A calculation technique of the force transducer sensing element, for the case of nonuniform honing bar (HB) loading, is developed. The calculation technique can be used for modeling various ratios of loadings with the purpose of searching for optimum gauge output signal processing algorithms for the control of non-uniformity of HB pressure, to a processable detail. The prospective directions of development of processes under the active monitoring of honing operations are considered.
