Abstract :
A linear time-varying controller is developed for stable linear time-varying systems described by a standard controlled autoregressive moving average model. The controller is able to guarantee a stable closed-loop system and the minimum variance control for tracking a desired output trajectory even when the plant parameters are fast time-varying
