In view of the development status of cement industry information, combined with the specific technology process of cement production and based on the characteristics of the whole process of cement enterprises production, this paper developed a set of integrated information system containing cement production process, sales management, quality control and financial management. The system can realize the real integration of enterprise information and provides a better solution for cement enterprises to improve productivity and realize enterprise informationization.
