Abstract :
Paper is presented the data on calculation of anisotropy of BAW and SAW propagation in the (001) and (11̅0) crystallographic planes of diamond including the influence of uniaxial pressure on the acoustic wave´s velocities. Some effects of the elastic symmetry changes under the pressure influence resulting in the BAW properties variations have been analyzed. Date obtained can be useful for the future application of diamond as a sensor material.
