Abstract :
Molecules problem (MP) is known to be computationally difficult. One of the most important applications of this problem, in recent years, has been in the study of the structure of proteins. Quickly get an approximate solution result to a specific or common formulation is of most concern. This paper gives a presentation to molecule problem(MP), discuss its applications and put forward a parallel interval algorithm and its implementation.
