After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

This article briefly introduces the products of “Clay Figure Zhang” first. At the same time it puts forward an idea about the development and design of the tourist souvenirs about “Clay Figure Zhang” in Tianjin based on the idea of keeping pace with the times, and elaborates its necessity of development. Then it also describes the methods of designing tourism souvenirs about “Clay Figure Zhang” by analyzing the constitution proportional relationship about each representative work of “Clay Figure Zhang”, opening a new way to develop the tourism souvenir in Tianjin.
