Abstract :
In this work, we show that Zn1-xCdxS (ZnCdS)- based memory devices are superior cross point switch (CPS) having potential for usage in FPGA. We also present current limitation effect and excess-current programming method to ensure long-term (LT-) reliability for OFF- and ON-state of Zn1-xCdxS-CPS, respectively.
