Research on the hospital´s competitiveness evaluation based on factor analysis

Valid evaluation of competitiveness of the hospital is an effective mean to enhance the competitiveness of the hospital and strengthen the management of the hospital. By analyzing the influencing factors that affects the competitiveness of the hospital, the paper established evaluation index system of competitiveness of the hospital which is made up of seven key indicators. To collect the evaluation index system of the hospital competitiveness with researching on the concrete hospitals, expert consulting, delivering the questionnaire and other means. The paper evaluated 14 comprehensive hospitals in Jiangxi province with the help of factor analysis of the spss statistical software, obtained and common factors and its scoring, at the meantime analyzed empirical results.
