Abstract :
The paper presents an analysis of the thermo-kinetic field - the heat dissipation on an electronic structure, triac and heat sink. The analysis method proposes an electro-kinetic model, analogue to the thermo-kinetic model, validating the electro - thermal analogy as a possible solution for the problem. The convection coefficient is calculated for the model, with two methods: using the circuit synthesis and practical temperature measurements and by using a developed cod for the convection coefficient calculus algorithm.
