After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

Chinese network singers are very popular and playing an important role in Chinese present music world. This new strength and network songs created by them have extraordinary characters, that is, the grassroots of the components of network singers, self-amusement of creation goal, personalization and liberalization, convenience and shortcut of the dissemination of network songs. All the above characters are just secrets of the popularity of network singers.
