  • Abstract
    This paper presents a coupled analysis method for a linear oscillatory actuator that can convert the rotation into linear motion using DC motor and magnetic conversion mechanism. In this method, motion equations of motor rotation and linear motion are simultaneously solved employing the 3-D finite element method. The usefulness of the method is verified to confirm the mutual influences of motion on dynamic characteristics
