The sensitivity analysis and application of economy evaluation of power plant auxiliary equipment investment project

Sensitivity analysis is a scientific basis for project decisions. In this paper, the sensitivity analysis was implied to economic appraisement of auxiliary equipment project which has high uncertainty. It analyzed the main factors of effecting economic benefits which reflects risk of the project. The study showed that sensitivity analysis can predict the impact and trend of the change effective and an example was given to reveal the practicality and applicability of this new method.
