Research for schedule optimization of highway construction project

Under the condition of market economy, time is money and efficiency is life. Whether a project can be finished in time is one of the most important issues of it and also one of the targets in project management. Calculation for timing plan parameters only makes the initial planning parameters of project, and it did not consider a variety of constraints caused by manpower, resources and cost. Timing plan optimization is the pursuit of integrated supporting and optimization on progress, time and resources arrangement. The thesis takes a certain highway construction project as the research object; formulate the timing plan to make the time optimization, the resource optimization and the cost optimization.
