Abstract
In order to meet customization needs as well as to reduce difficulties in followed design and manufacturing, a design flow of customized products is offered. As the basis of this design flow, a similarity evaluation method is put forward. Considering relatively decision makers of independent functional departments as independent decision agents, a decision agent set is added as the third dimensionality to house of quality, the cubic QFD is formed. Finally, the application of the design flow and the similarity evaluation method is verified with a case.
