Abstract :
Multisource information of post-disaster appears different statistics feature and becoming more complex. Uncertainly or incomplete information was present by fuzzy set in this paper and a fuzzy clustering algorithm was addressed to get means of each factor in post-disaster management. A factor analysis combine fuzzy interpreter application shows the effectiveness on hospital reacts and measurement under emergency conditions that relative man-made or natural disaster. Results indicated that factor analysis will reduce the complexity from high level to low level, the relations and correlations between factors also was acquired that will be helpful for improve the measurement for hospital on post-disaster management.
