Abstract
In this paper, an agent-based application for job matchmaking in teleworking community is proposed. First, we investigate some of the problems encountered by members of a teleworking community, focusing on the time-consuming task of searching for appropriate working partners. To demonstrate our solutions to the problems and evaluate our ideas, we design a multi-agent system which performs job matchmaking.
