Abstract :
Teaching and learning of reading focuses on personalization, autonomation and discretization in the information age. Using "SURF"(Share Unique Reading Feeling) on net can keep the characteristic of paper work\´s notation with marginal notes, colorful lines or circles and etc. Moreover it can achieve co-notation between teachers\´ and students\´ or among students\´. Taking notes is a traditional way of reading. Reflecting the promotion modle of "SURF", "SURF" reading helps students read actively and coordinatly, promote the ability of deep reading, upgrade the reading level of different materials, enhance students\´ interest in learning in the experiment projects for the rapid development of elementary education. In this way, great changes have been made in the traditional teacher-centered reading mode.
