As Camphor Camphora essential oil has excellent antibacterial properties, studying defference extraction way provide a theoretical basis for the discovery and development a raesonable way to extract Camphor Camphora essential oil. Supercritical CO2 extraction rate is higher than the tradition way to extract. The volatile oil of Camphor wood which extracted from all experiment were analyzed by the gas chromatography, and comparative analysis were obtained under different conditions in the volatile oil content of the composition. Using different methods to analyze the composition of Camphora volatile oil, and identify its chemical composition, determining the relative content with computer. Through analyzing volatile oil components by PEMA- GC/MS and GC/MS, Agilent-GC/MS, SPME-GC/MS and study Camphora volatile oil in this paper, the following conclusions can be draw: SFE extraction of volatile oil components is the most effective, highest purity of flavor and essential oils with SFE-CO2 extraction´s anti-bacterial function is best.
