The paper analyzes the social needs and current situation of the television professionals. It uses the method of operation theory combining with practice, taking the integration of the school experiment and social practice, and the traditional teaching and modern educational technology. It generalizes and concludes the designing and editing techniques of the television programs. It uses the multimedia and network assisted instruction, providing the entrepreneurial skills for the university students, making them master the skills in film and television production in school, which can lay the foundation for employment and entrepreneurship for students and broaden employment channels to achieve better learning results and social effects.
