  • Abstract
    Entanglement distribution for long-distance quantum communications can be made bandwidth-efficient by incorporating wavelength-multiplexing and using broadband photon-pair sources. We show that the introduction of photon frequency converters leads to significant improvement to entanglement distribution rate.
