Abstract
We developed a fast dispersive-type near-infrared in vivo Raman spectroscopy system for improving early detection of lung cancers. We have measured spectra from 50 patients. Combined principal component analysis and linear discriminate analysis of the acquired data demonstrated that malignant and benign lesions can be differentiated with around 90% accuracy.
