It is "one to one" network environment that provide teachers\´ training of the portability and personalized support. It is integrated with experiential training in order for promoting the traditional lecture-centered concept of teacher training, training methods and learning styles. In this paper, we build an application model of teachers\´ experiential training under "one to one" network environment by basing on Rapid Development of Basic Education Project. Through in-depth research and analysis on practice, the result provides a valuable reference for teachers\´ experiential training.
