Abstract :
The architecture of UV receiver system is analyzed and the functional modules are described. Two different treatment methods and application conditions are discussed according to the two output types of PMT, analog sampling and photon counting methods. The factors affecting the BER are analyzed in theory as the key, and have been verified by the practical test. A designed prototype achieves the voice communication, and lays a good foundation for the further research in UV communication.
