Abstract :
We report on the femtosecond laser miscromachining of diffraction gratings on PDMS (polydimethylsiloxane) plate. By scanning the planar PDMS plate, using the optical X-Y-Z stages, the embedded diffraction gratings in PDMS plate was fabricated successfully.
