Abstract :
China is coming at a critical juncture in the development of the current basic education curriculum reform. "Students\´ overloaded burden" is the most urgent problem. Jiangsu province proposed to regulate study time in school by legislation. "Education equity" has become the second problem that needs prompt solution for the schools to which students go for study shall be determined by Yaohao somewhere in China. Therefore, such problems are entirely due to the scarcity of high-quality teachers. Teacher education shall train teachers of highly qualification and are trustworthy, who can apply the new ways and concepts of teaching so as to meet the needs of basic education and build China into an educational power.
