Abstract :
Based on the present situation of running of the belt on coal mine, researched and developed the adaptive control system of the ground belt of Wangzhuang coal mine, this system can basis on the dynamic load, then predict and implement real-time frequency according to the size of the load, it can run on the maximum load. The control system use the PLC control frequency according to the size of the load, then implement automatic speed regulation and self-adapting control, then run on the optimum speed.This system can raise the level of automation of the coal mine, it can bring huge economic and social benefits, it has high value and broad application prospects.
