Abstract :
This study first develops reviews goals associated with quality management system efficiency, and analyzes the steps involved in knowledge management. The study then examines how process management impacts information searching, service quality, and brand loyalty. In the last section, this study proposes that effectively promoting a quality management system requires managers to grade service quality levels, and increase information openness.
