Abstract :
The induction heating power supply normally from the main circuit, control circuit and its protection circuit. This article describes the series resonant high-power medium frequency induction power supply of the main structure, given the hardware components of the monitoring system, a more detailed analysis of the system software functions. The major hardware is composed of PLC and its special expansion modules, the algorithm of controller is completely realized via software programming. Practice shows that the system is simple, stable performance, not only improve the melting process of automation, but also improve the quality of the metal melting.
