Abstract :
The workshop´s technical program was designed to represent the state of the art in information theory today, as well as the interface to connected disciplines. It includes thematic sessions with invited and contributed presentations, as well as keynote lectures. We thank the co-chairs and members of the program committee for putting together such a varied and stimulating program, and the keynote and invited session speakers for accepting the invitation to present at the workshop.
