Abstract :
The concept and technique of knowledge management was applied to define, design and analyze the Aviation Human Factors Knowledge Management System in this paper. Firstly the requirements on aviation human factors KMS was analyzed and the logical structure of the KMS was proposed out meanwhile; then combining with the characteristics of aviation system and several KMS cases, the frame of aviation human factors KMS was established and explained in detail. Finally it concluded that the implementation of aviation human factors KMS will improve operation efficiency and safety and accelerate the development of aviation accident prevention techniques.
