The construction method of support resource baseline comparative systems based on DEA-benchmarking

Support system of new equipment should be considered at preliminary development stage of equipment, so when baseline comparison system of new equipment is determined, it is necessary to give baseline comparison system of support system according to characteristics of new equipment, defects of replaced equipment and user´s demands. This paper focuses on support resource in support system, defines support resource baseline comparison system and selects the most suitable elements from existing support resource sets as support resource baseline comparison system(BCS) of new equipment with DEA method, finally illuminates the theory with an example.
