Abstract :
It is well-known that a scientific information programming is the key success factor for the equipment manufacturing industries. Because of the complex operation flow and heavy operation data, there exist many difficulties in the information system building all the time. In this paper, based on the detailed analysis of this kind of enterprise´s information core factors, it proposes a new basic strategy and flow for the information programming, using critical success factor method, which can provide a programming method for the information system building of equipment manufacturing industries, furthermore it is a guidance for the other industries.
