Abstract :
A theoretical analysis of compact slot loaded shorted patch using equivalent circuit concept is presented. By controlling the slot length, the two resonant frequencies f10 and f30 is tunable in the range of 1.44-1.39 GHz and 4.44-4.39 GHz respectably. By comparing the proposed antenna with the reference patch antenna fed by probe achieved size reduction of 50%.
