Abstract :
We fabricate a 50 mm-long direct-bonded QPM-LN ridge waveguide using ZnO-doped LN. We achieve an internal wavelength conversion efficiency of 0 dB based on a /spl chi//sup (2)/ cascading scheme in the 1550 nm wavelength band.
