Abstract :
In this paper the structure analysis of high speed on-off valve is carried out. physical model of high speed on-off valve based on AMESim is Established. This paper analysis different duty cycles impact on the on-off characteristic of high speed on-off valve, and relationship between PWM frequency and linear action interval of the valve, and as well as the relationship among different duty cycle, current of coil and flow rate of valve. Interfering factors of choosing PWM frequency and duty cycle are confirmed via simulation and analysis.
