  • Abstract
In this paper we discussed about the two potential paradigms. The first is magnetic cellular automata. We have demonstrated experimentally and at room temperature how a chain of 110 nm diameter dots made from a soft ferromagnetic material (Ni/sub 80/Fe/sub 20/). The second scheme was derived from the magnetic cellular automata using magnetic logic circuit.
