Abstract :
Communication System GIS is an important foundation of digital city construction and the basis of GIS construction is the choice of network platform. In this paper, based on past research and reality, it builds a software selection index system which includes three aspects-economy, universality and technicality. It conducts the evaluation of typical domestic and foreign software and analyzes its rationality according to the weight of each index studied by AHP. In the end, the author draws a conclusion: GIS System of domestic software has some advantage because the preponderance of the cost of Software upgrade and after-sale services is obvious.
