  • Abstract
With a large amount of non-linear power load being used in power system, this situation gives rise to serious situation for harmonic reactive power. Nowadays, the static reactive power compensator is the most widely-used reactive power compensation equipment; however, it brings lots of harmonic wave to the power grid, and moreover, its poor reactive control and bulky volume can also bring lots of inconvenience to the power grid. This issue constructs an indirect controlling method which is based on VSI and SVG and makes DSP the controlling core; in addition, this method has feedback current. It functions as follows: first, DSP detects the voltage and current phase of the common power lines, and after the signals coming through digital PI regulator multiplier, and then we get the reactive current instruction from current-controlled VSI, finally, VSI send the reactive current that expects. In the case of analog circuits, the test result shows that this system can compensate power factor of nets side to 1.
