Abstract
Green vendor selection is a key phase in green supply chain management. The system of indices for green vendor selection was put forward based on coal group Corporation Ltd. At the same time, the improved multi-level grey correlative method was constructed. The subjectivity which lies in ascertaining factors´ weights in lower hierarchy was avoided in this method. So the evaluation result is more objective than other evaluation methods. The evaluation method was applied in green vendor selection in Ping Dingshan coal group Co. Ltd. The order preference of green vendors is attained. The best vendor and better vendors are ascertained for the enterprise. The evaluation result indicates that this method be more reasonable and easier to grasp than other methods. Moreover, it is easier to implement this evaluation method in enterprises.
