Abstract :
In this paper, we study the (i) behavior of organic transistors (ii) examine the current-voltage characteristics and quantum efficiencies of polymer light emitting diodes (PLEDS) (iii) construct the organic transistors whose laminated contacts are chemically modified with organic self-assembled monolayers.
