Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

Aiming at the engineering application of negative sequence current protection that reflecting HV motor open phase fault ,calculate the negative-sequence current which produced when motor open phase or external power network parameters asymmetry or current transformer secondary circuit break etc., analyze the influence to motor itself and to protection device, give the setting principle of negative sequence current protection.
