  • Abstract
    A new diaphragm material is proposed for the miniature Fabry-Perot pressure sensor - Chitosan (polysaccharide). With this diaphragm material, the pressure sensor exhibits good sensitivity and biocompatability which increase sensor´s opportunity in biomedical applications.
