  • Abstract
    This paper studies the X-Y CNC platform, in order to achieve the vision system by computer according to the X-Y CNC platform on the actual position the automation of processing. This system is in Microsoft Visual C/C++ platform development, system including the use of camera and optical components, computer, motion controller, and X-Y CNC platform. First camera which the workpiece on a picture, and then the computer images binary processing, to deal with, corrosion and expansive background, the contour extraction contour extraction, coordinate and image processing, finally, discussed the work coordinate system and machine tools, and coordinate transformation of coordinates the motion controller control X-Y CNC platform of motor sports.
