Abstract :
Implying the effective career certification is the key issue and the efficient way to build up the special human resource system in the firm. Recently, the career certification system in China is unruly, which is bringing some inconvenience to the firm. In this paper the types of the career certification are compared and researched, and association with the development trend of the career certification, the certification system is completed. This paper is also giving some theory basis for implying the career certification system in the firm.
