Abstract
In this paper, we aim at fully understanding the “pricing paradox” problem in CERs market which argued by many researches. Firstly,we form up the pricing paradox verification models to analyze whether the “pricing paradox” problem exist by compare whether logically coherent between prices and market structure of CERs market. Then establish the imperfect competitive intermediary model of CERs market, to analyse the roots which result in the current performance of Chinese CERs market, for reaching a comprehensive understanding of “pricing paradox” problem of Chinese CERs market, and a profound insight into the development situation of emission rights market in China.
