Abstract :
Summary form only given. The presentation describes the purpose of the power quality agreements. It outlines the qualifications for sags that Detroit Edison may be liable and how a sag score is computed. An example computation of a sag score is shown. The presentation also discusses the customizations to the Measurement Module that were necessary to administer these agreements, including event management tools, adding the locations and causes of system faults, sag score and impact reports. The intranet availability of data is discussed. The procedure used to interface the power quality data manager with SCADA event logs and the creation of areas-of-vulnerability diagrams are described.
