Abstract :
Based on the research of how to apply penalty strategy in the case of solving nonlinear constrained optimization problems by genetic algorithm (GA), this paper represents a new penalty function - feedback penalty function based on genetic algorithm. The function introduces the values of objective function and violation of penalty function into penalty function, the form of which is like feedback in the control system. The results of simulation in many aspects, such as convergence generation, the ability of global optimization and burden of computer, have proved the efficiency and accuracy of the new penalty function.
