Abstract :
A new criterion is provided for the global asymptotic stability of two dimensions state-space digital filters described by the Roesser model with saturation arithmetic. The criterion is computationally tractable because it is based on linear matrix inequality(LMI). Compared with earlier LMI-based criterions the new criterion yields improvement over them, the overflow stability of two dimensions digital filters will be improved.
