Research on the Application of Streaming Media in Instructional Skills Training

This paper points at the application of streaming media in the training of instructional skills within teacher education. This paper briefly introduces the basic merits of streaming media and its educational application value, and gives a simple review on the training of instructional skills. Based on this analysis, this paper puts forwards an integrated application mode of streaming media in instructional skills training, which can easily integrate the four proven instructional skills training approaches: theories learning, viewing and emulating, microteaching and practice teaching, and discusses the development of application systems on utilizing streaming media in training instructional skills.
